Horror Films
I lovelovelove horror films (even though they scare me to death!) The best ones fall into the genre "so bad it's good," although many of my friends would debate the "good".

Some of my favorites include:
Two Thousand Maniacs! (really, anything by Herschell Gordon Lewis)
Motel Hell
De Lift
Sleepaway Camp
Friday the 13th (the whole series, I'd marry Jason if there wasn't the threat that he'd kill me. He's so adorable!)
Audition
Killer Klowns from Outer Space

I currently own 180 horror films (195 if you count repeats). Click here for a list of the ones I own.

Besides horror, my my other favorites include Heathers, The Dark Crystal, Bring it On, Sleeping Beauty, and The Virgin Suicides.

Coffee
You can almost always fine Nadia, Jenny, and I at Starbucks sipping coffee while reminiscing or wedding planning. I love Cafe Mochas, Java Chip frapps, or really anything with chocolate in it. I also like the Campfire Mochas from Caribou. I even bring along my own pieces of chocolate or hot chocolate packs to slip in my coffee at work or at the Omega. It is also good with peanut butter although everyone else thinks that that is disgusting. I also love hot chocolate and am working on perfecting my recipe for the perfect cup. It's pretty close to perfection, and you may never need sex again after drinking it. I refuse to share my secret recipe but, if you ask nicely, I might make you a cup.

Television
Yes, I am a sucker for reality television. Almost any of it. Preferably when someone with no talent gets humiliated. That said, I love American Idol, Project Runway, and almost anything on MTV (Laguna Beach, Made, Super Sweet 16, etc.). I also watch a lot of Food Network and HGTV. I'm a real domestic type. I seem to watch very little scripted television nowadays. Not much besides the Simpsons and the O.C. I will also always have a fondness for 80s cartoons and noncartoons (She-Ra, He-Man, Care Bears, Jem, My Little Pony, Rainbow Brite, Fraggle Rock, Faerie Tale Theatre...) and My So Called Life.

Books
When I have time to read I mostly read creative nonfiction and young adult (also the two genres I tend to write in). My favorites include The Perks of Being A Wallflower (Stephen Chbosky), Gingerbread and Shrimp (Rachel Cohn), Cherries in the Snow (Emma Forrest), the Virgin Suicides (Jeffrey Eugenides), Gone with the Wind (Margaret Mitchell), and The Camera My Mother Gave Me (Susanna Kaysen).

Travel
I love to travel whether abroad or 2 towns away. I've been to Paris, Prauge, Munich, Vienna, Interloken, Venice, FLorence, and Rome. I've been to Vegas four times in four years. I take tons of road trips to see eating contests and roadside wonders. If you ask me to go somewhere I will try my damndest to go.

Photography
I love taking photographs, even though I have no idea what I am doing. I have thousands of photos of vacations, friends, events, and every day whatnot. I currently have eight cameras that I work: 2 digital point and shoots, a digital SLR, an SLR, a fish eye, a quad cam, an Holga, and a regular ole point and shoot. I also collect vintage cameras. They are beautiful.

Miscellaneous
Other loves of mine include theatre, dance, competetive eating, inline skating, Kurt Halsey art, cooking, baking, and fairy tales. I also have a slight obsession with plates and lamps. Seriously, I can't stop buying them. I own five lamps (and have my eye on one or two more at the moment) and a couple sets of plates (all of which serve different purposes mind you). I have a bigger obsession with the color pink. My phone is pink, my iPod is pink, my computer is pink...
