a) Yesterday I got an intense craving for a McDonalds Filet of Fish sammich. This craving was so intense that I just had to have one in my stomach. So I left work early so I could get to a McDonalds before rush hour lines started to get me one. Now, the funny thing about this all is that I have never ever before in my life had a filet of fish sammich. So where did this craving come from? Who knows, but it was damn yummy. Perhaps I'm pregnant?

2001 Maniacs, the sequel to the BEST MOVIE EVER MADE, Two Thousand Maniacs! Yes, it does star Robert Englund (the original starred a Playboy Bunny). I am so excited to see it, but I will wait to watch it with Matt (of the hoodlum, formally mattmatt variety). He is the only one around who truly appreciates the fine mind of HG Lewis (blah to you, MattyK). We still have to watch Eraserhead one of these days too. :( I miss Thursday night horror movies formally appearing on Wednesday now appearing on Tuesdays or whatever it ended up being.

c) I saw this car the other day:

I want it! It is so the perfect combination of hearse/rocket/bad 50s prom date. Plus it matches my couch. It's less than $6,000. Come on, you know you want to buy it for me.

d) I started class the other day, Fiction writing. I think I'm going to like it a lot. It was also really nice to see that almost everyone from my travel writing and magazine writing classes were there. All us Naperville class people bond. They were all excited to hear that I am going to Europe as I am known as pretty much only going to Vegas. hehe. There was another girl who I've never had classes with that said the last book she read was Perks of Being a Wallflower and she felt a little odd about it since it was a young adult book, but I went to talk with her at break and told her that I loved it too. I'm trying to be a good student this quarter, I;ve already done my first pass at all the readings due next Wednesday, and am going to try to read everything three times. Lets see how long I keep that up, but it's a good goal. For next week I have to write a 3 page scene based on dialogue in which one of the characters has to want something that the other person doesn't want to give him or her. I was telling this to matt (of the hoodlum, formally mattmatt variety) and he suggested a topic, then suggested that we could just write the whole darn thing right there on aim. So, ladies and gentlemen, a three page dialogue in which a fish tries to get a fairy to bring him some vino:
