lost my nails and my chris
a) I bit off all my nails. This makes me very sad as I have really not bitten them in a year and a half. I finally had really nice, long nails, then recently they started peeling and chipping a lot, so I decided to go without polish to try to subside that (I blame all the polish and strengtheners and removers) but the bare nails were just too tempting. I hope I can grow them back.
b) Baseball is Going PINK! They finally figured out how to get me interested in sports, dye everything pink.
c) I saw a car the other day that looked like the Nash Rambler I wanted. But it was all black and apparently a police car. It had a white police written across it and a little bump light on the top. I wonder if the guy driving it was really a policeman.
d) There is seriously something wrong with the voting system in America. Chris Daughtry was voted off AI???? WTF??? He was the most talented AND the hottest. Now they are stuck with an old looking gray haired guy who can't dance. If Jade wins ANTM next week, I think I might have to boycott reality TV. (although I might have to watch the dance version on AI just to see if I know any of the contestants).
e) I started telling people I was leaving. Mostly if they are asking me to do big projects that I know I'll eventually have to pass on to someone else. Hopefully someone new will be hired soon as I only have 3 weeks, 2 days left.

Every season of American Idol has its tragedy voting fiasco where someone talented is given the boot prior to someone totally horrible. In fact, season 3 was full of them. John Peter Lewis anyone? John Stevens? Dare I say it...Jasmine Trias?
Last season, Scott Sabol was the beneficiary of this, due in part to www.votefortheworst.com It seems Taylor Hicks is this years pick.

Yeah, the best ones always go just at the wrong time, like tamyra and constantine.
The vote for the worst actually started with Kevin (Chicaken Little), then moved on to Kellie, then picked up Taylor when she left. I often wonder who these people are who vote just to mess things up, seeing as how I have never missed an episode (pathetic?) and have never once voted. *blahblah, i know technically i can't complain if i don't vote)
oh, and yeah, i have to figure out why the remember personal info button doesn't actually remember personal info.

You should totally vote! Don't you listen to Seacrest? YOUR VOTES MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
I voted for Jasmine in season 3, I had her to win in my office American Idol pool and that little hawaiian girl cried her way to 3rd, winning it for me and getting me a free lunch from the other guys in my department.

so you are not alone.
